Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at punetshirtfactory@gmail.com with your order details. Once your order is canceled, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Order Cancellation After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in an unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at punetshirtfactory@gmail.com with images of the defective product. Our team will review your request and, once confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will process your refund to your bank account within 3-9 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery Charges: Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customized Products: Customized products are made specifically for you with complete care and multiple quality checks. Therefore, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items and they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days. In the case of orders paid via Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your NEFT details to process the refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original tags, packaging, and the original receipt.
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address.
